What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, a sell-your-car request or a contact form, we store the name, phone number, email address and message you provide, along with the date and your IP address. We collect nothing else about you.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an inspection or test drive, quote a price for your car, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Who can see it
Only authorised staff of Car Collection. Where a bank or financing institution needs your documents for a lease application, we share them only with your explicit instruction.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on sourcing requests, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a session cookie required for form security. If analytics is enabled, aggregate traffic data is processed by that provider under their own privacy terms; it is not linked to your enquiry.
Your choices
Write to support@carcollection.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We action such requests within 30 days.
