Listings and availability

Vehicles shown on this website are offered subject to prior sale. We update stock daily, but a car may be sold or reserved between your visit and your enquiry.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees and represent the asking price at the time of publication. Prices exclude transfer charges, token tax arrears and delivery unless expressly stated in writing.

Accuracy of information

Specifications, mileage, features and photographs are provided in good faith based on our inspection and the vehicle's documents. Buyers are encouraged to verify every detail through independent inspection before purchase. Typographical errors do not constitute an offer.

Sale terms

A sale is concluded only when a written invoice is issued by Car Collection and payment is received in full. Token amounts reserve a vehicle for the period stated on the receipt and are subject to the terms noted there.

Warranty

Unless a separate written warranty is issued, used vehicles are sold on an as-inspected basis. Any manufacturer warranty still in force transfers according to that manufacturer's own terms.

Intellectual property

Photographs, listing text and site design are the property of Car Collection and may not be reproduced on other listing platforms without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Islamabad.
